Buyer Beware

If you are purchasing something for a birthday or other timely occasion, beware that they do not ship in a timely fashion. It has been nearly two months since I placed my order and I'm still waiting for it to ship. Unbelievable. Also, if you purchase final sale items and they fail to meet their promised shipping deadline, they will not refund the order, just the cost of the shipping. I've never written a review before, but their customer service was so bad that it inspired me to warn everyone.
