Totsy told me my order was canceld after the shipping date! - Shoes

Totsy may have very low prices, but my order was canceled a week after it was supposed to ship. The customer service said "sorry" but made no effort to fix anything. They then said the hoped to earn my business back, but didn't even try:/ Silly Totsy, that's not how the free marketplace works! I won't be ordering again.
