Horrible experience. Placed an order three days before Christmas and still have not received an e-mail, phone call or any kind of update from this company and it is now March 2nd! Anything I ordered is now probably too small for the toddler to wear since it has been OVER TWO MONTHS! Oh, and try to get an actual customer service person to talk to and all it will do is send you to an answering machine. Never again would I purchase from this company; the only thing they did in a timely manner was take my money!!!
