The WORST online shopping experienc, prepare to be aggrivated! - Totsy Childrens clothing

Buyer beware! I have never written a negative review about a company, but I feel I must for this business. I made a purchase in Nov 6 weeks before Christmas. After many attempts to get a shipping status, I received a partial order one week before Christmas, yet the packing slip indicated that I received the entire order, mistake #1. I called, no one answered. After 3 attempts through email, I was told that the items would not ship. It was well past Christmas at this point and all I wanted was a refund.in February, 3 months later, I was told, "oh sorry, you weren't charged for the missing items after all". Then, they charged me $61.85 on my Feb Visa bill. When I called the number listed, I heard, "The number your have dialed is out of service". Shocking! When I looked through my old Visa bills I noticed that they never charged me back in November, it took them 3 months to change my visa bill? Not organized at all! Just a really bad experience and not worth the aggravation!!
