Hello I had Preventive services Come into my home. My ex was abusing my kids menatlly and physically. The case worker came in to my home and said i was doing it to my kids and they lied and removed my kids from my home. My ex was the one doing it i ask for help and look where it got me he gets outta prison and gets my children and he lives in a camper and doesnt take care of my kids. He bribes my kids to keep there mouth quiet and then they all blame me. The worker Trisha Snyder says ooh its ok for over a year that he abuses them and then lies about everything. My ex beated on me for over 10 years and stalks and get away with it. He gets turned in for abuse and William hamilton says oh i dont see it and during visits there are marks on my kids and its fine. Well what is wrong with this system up here in New York. My children have said numerous times there is drugs and they get hit by there dad and there ignored. The caseworkers say oh thats ok the kids arent saying that. Well how many times do they have to say it til they get help tons and they dont help them why would they say anything to them cause they live at dads and there would be more problems for them. THE PLACE IS UNSAFE and the SYSTEM is crooked and i need help to get my kids outta there before something happens to my kids. These workers arent there for my kids there only there for the pay and Someone out there has to be able to help me. Judge potter wont even listen to my side all she listens to is gossip from my ex and the DSS workers they have no proof just lieing words from my ex. SOME ONE PLEASE HELP me MY OWN LAWYER DONT CARE NEither does the law guardian he sits on his ass and could careless
