Ripping off parents and the kids

While i was employed at kids r kids #4 i saw and heard the director tell a teacher and the cook that on days where the kids have meatball, just to give the kids only one meatball no more because we didnt have enough to go around. The director Kathy Dover did this twice this month.

For the parents on nci program you are being ripped of by Kathy Dover. The amount u pay includes the field trips, webcam so u can see your kids, and baby food. Kathy Dover is charging u extra per month for these sevices. The nci program has been told about this but needs more people to come forward to tell them what they r doing so this will stop. I was at kids r kids for 1 and a half years and never saw Kathy Dover train anyone or move from the front office to check on her teachers. She is not fair to her employees so for that reason the turn over there is great.

She talks about the parents and how stupid they are or bad mouths them to the front staff, how bad there kids r or she hopes some of them dont ever come back. She only comes in about 4 hours a day and the owners dont seem to care much as long as they get their money. They dont have the carpets clean because they want to save money. Fire exting. On the bus and in the building are expired and Kathy Dover has been told this but does nothing about it. Many times the kids have been taken on the bus with no air during the summer or the kids have been taken to the park in 90 heat just because its free. Please think twice before taking your kids to kids r kids #4
