I writing t ocomplain about getting run around evey time I call. My son phone was stolen i put it on hold for 28 days still dont have phone. I plan to discontinue my plan as soon as I get the 200 dollars. I requested internet be removed from his phone to call down on cost of my bill told I couldnt because of the phone wont work correctly/contract for that phone. Then told that if I got another phone that put the sims card from stolen phone in it that they/u could remove internet&really/Am i crazy but phone has been stolen if I had phone wouldnt be a problem then told cost 130 dollars to replace phone—really. Itold one time track phone. If someone taking my phone to a t-mobile dealer and they scan it to active it does it not go to your company flag it stolen What good does calling and reporting phone stolen help me.
