Geek squad inability to fix my computer. I took my computer to 2460 cobb pkwy for repairs on 10/08 and was told repairs would take 4 days to complete. I returned from out of town on 10/16 and the computer was not ready. I recieved a call from adam on 10/17 apoligizing for not contacting me concerning my computer earlier. I was informed by him that he would be back in touch by the 18th or 20th of the month, that did not happen. I finally picked my computer up on 10/23. My computer is not better it is worse. I caled the store and informed them of the situation and was told that someone would call back for they were with other customers but that didn't happen. 2 days later while going through my email there was a email from best buy taking a survey of my experience with best buy. I expressed my dis-satisfaction with the service i recieved and was told someone would answer my complaint within 2 days that time has come and gone. I'm going over there and request my money back. I paid $286.00 for them to fix my computer and that did not happen. Now i know why they request payment in advance
