Unnececurry cutting off the amount from my balance

Sir, on 02 dec and 0n 28 jan your company has diducted Rs 40 and Rs 50 unnecessury from my balance on the name of some amitabh blogbuster and somthing else

I contected several times to your customer care regarding this but no positive response from your site so before contacting consumer court i am asking final responce from your side.

Fron that time i am only recharging with rs 10 or 20 because excess amount is always diducted in consecutive month;it will also hamper the service relationso kindely refund my diducted amount of rs 40 and Rs 50;
