Refund of security and balance amount gurgaon

Company opened franchisee showroom for sale of its products readymade garments. Company committed with me to pay amt. Rs. 40000.00 per month mea[minimum earning assurance]. After the expiry of three it become amount rs. 46000.00 per month.
But after the expiry of three year from the date of aggrement the company not supply the goods of stock as per requirement.
So, how i can make volume of sales. I requested many times to all official of company in this regard, but all promise stock send urgently as per requirement, but in result no body care the problem, and no stock send properly. Company send me email to close my showroom on dt 06-12 with promise to pay security amount and balance amount of mg [commission and expenses]and pick up the stock from gallary within one month. But i have not received any amount till date. I mail to all seniors of company, but no body care. So, i request to you pl take matter and solve my problem.
Amount due is rs. 513711.00 as per full and final from company.
As per the promise by company to pay amount within month, company failed to do the same. Now i am entitled to get mg of rs. 46000.00 per month from the date 01-12 to date of payment because the stock is lying in our gallary, so we could not rent out or start other new business in this space.
Due to this i also bear a loss of fitting, its make as per design require by company.
