This is in regards to a judgement with Mcbraken which now doesnot exist anymore do to a Judge in Maryland. My case was transfered to Bishop, White & Marshall, P. S Attorneys with Mcbraken I had a Balance of 2,880.00 back in Dec. 2009. And I give payments of $348.00. So the meansin July i should be done paying with this debt, but now I been getting notices every month telling me of my new balance of $2,848.13 as of 4/10. I spoke to Mrs. Moon 3 times and she claims that She has not gotten my file yet so had not seen it. But she has the balance I owe. I told her I shouldn't be incurring court cost or interest because the Total amount was included in my Judgement. And the final court papers it does not mention 10% recurring cost. So I faxed her the final court papers which she claims she did not recieve. I need to know why is this happening. Every month I call her to discuss but she says no file yet look at. I am very concern I cannot afford paying them more money I don't need to. I need to resolve this matter.
