I open an account with them and change my mind about a week after of which they had already deducted fees already with me getting the full understanding

This company is so cheeky they lour you in their web by sending you a letter stating that you card have arived of which the card is no good it is a suvenier with all the fineprint almost invisible in ther letter why is it that the fees they diducted is unrefundeble they are realy a bigtime ripoff.
