Lacking of ethics and not paying commisions when due

Sara Beth King has screwed me over like many other people. But in her eyes, we are "weak" because we "cant handle it". I quit on Dec. 11th of 2003 and have still not recieved a check for my sales and training. Upon leaving the company we were supposed to be paid out for all money owed to us. I still have not seen a check.

I turned in my port and asked about getting paid. "Your check will be mailed to you on monday." Three weeks went by and still nothing. I called and was told that they had switched payroll companies and voided all checks and new ones would be sent out on the 9th of Jan. Today is the 13th and still nothing.

I called today and was assured that my check went out on friday and to wait a couple of days. I am not holding my breath.

And then there was the office. Blow some smoke up your ass because you have to have a good day when someone asks. "The new guys look up to you and think if he is having a good day, then I should have one too" is what my leader told me daily.

And then drive over an hour in traffic to my territory everyday to have buisness owners tell me to get out of there store when i ask them "deeper questions."

I finished my territory and asked for a new one and was told to go back now that the owners had a chance to think about and if i did my job right I would get more sales. This company is full of shit, plain and simple.
