Point Marketing Group - Anthony-Tony Wyss - Cause Marketing Solutions Door to Door Sales ripoff

I moved from Hattiesburg, Mississippi to work for Point Marketing Group claiming that you would pay 400/wk for training. Anthony Wyss knew I was moving from out of state to work for the company-perfect candidate to rip off. I was immediately hired after the day of observation (12/13/0 which was from 11am-8pm. The day of observation consisted of me being observed and observing the exact nature of the job which is door to door sales. During lunch, I had to asked questions to get answers. I shadowed Xavier Moore. Nothing was told to me-salary, etc. I had to ask everything. I started Monday the week before Christmas. Even though we start at 10 and stop at 8pm, I didn't get out of the office earlier than 9pm since we were traveling out of town-Sandy Springs to areas like Athens, etc. I didn't drive my vehicle-Thank God-since I had all my belongings in my car. I wanted to take a day off of work to look for a place but was immediately talked out of it by Xavier Moore-my team leader. I didn't work Saturday and Sunday is our day off. I asked Saturday if I could come by to get my check. Tony told to come in Wednesday to get my check, he was at the airport during the time I called (Monday and Tuesday we were off for the Christmas break). I went and asked Tony Wednesday for my check. He told me Wednesday was the day his employees tell him to write them a check for Friday-the day he writes checks. Friday (12/29/06) came and Tony had ever excuse you can imagine not to pay me. He even brought up irrelevant issues such as my attitude and that's why I wasn't doing well which didn't have to do with anything about paying me. I sold coupon books my first week and second week. I called the police and Tony gave me more information such as his last name and his boss-Kevin Siebert (in Chicago) phone number. I called Kevin around 6pm and he told me that I would have my check by Wednesday (1/3/07). I still don't have a place to stay and I still don't have my check.
