Sears runaround - Kenmore Elite Washing machine

I feel like Im getting the runaround from sears roebuck on a credit to my creditcard. I called to have service done on my washing machine that was only 4 years old and they convinced me to buy a service smart agreement insurance policy, they said it should save me money if my washer needed work again in the next year. I got the policy. The policy was suppose to pay for service up to $500.00 then after that I could pay the extra out of my on own pocket or they would give me a $500.00 voucher toward a new sears appliance. I chose to get it repaired but shortly thereafter I decided I would get voucher for new machine and I have gotten voucher and new machine. The issue is I paid an extra $358.20 to get machine repaired then I changed my mind and decided to get a new one. I was told by sears I could change mind if I wanted to as long as repair work had not been done. I was also told I would get my credit back, Now I want my credit back and I keep getting the runaround on getting it back on my credit card. It has been over 30 days since I made the complaint. As anyone in this circumstance I am feeling like I am getting the literal shaft from a corporation who seems to want to rip people off because of greed. I will not do business with sears again if this is the kind customer service they pride themself in. I will not recommend them to my freinds or family.
