Horrible - Home Mortgage

I have my home loan through BOA and my husband and i are in the military we had to pcs to another state and had to rent out our home form P of what the mortgage was now that we are in another state we also have rent and my husbands bah has gone down due to location.

We have been trying to get a payment plan or somesort of short time help with our mortgage for the past 3 months after 126 logged phone calls to BOA after holding for 35 minutes at a time still no resolve they have told us to file chap 13 or let the property foreclose!!! I have been sent from customer service rep to customer service rep. I have had to update my financial info with them 8 different times because each time they say it was never saved. We are probably going to lose our home even though we are veterans with a Va loan.

Im am sick to my stomache with BOA and would tell everyone never ever get a loan through them they are truly incompetent and could care less what your cirucmstances are and are not willing to help
