Ripoff, lied, cheat, steal, plundered, using a team effort in two states, Also In Florida as well as Florida

In the second week of September a Paul Srank call me on the Telephone saying he was calling from Citibank call centre and was offering me a mastercard of twenty five hundred dollars credit limit. The card was ready to be mailed out but they must first do a verification. He proceeded to ask about my income etc. And even said he had my credit report infront of him.

There were no fees attached to the card but a one time upfront two hundred and ninty nine dolloar for the processing etc.

He further said the federal regulation states that an established checking must be up and current in my name as qualification for this presorted arrangement. I gave him all this information with a great measure of discomfort, but I did it anyhow. He then put me through to one Bill Richards for confirmation. He, Mr Richards was not inclined to answer any questions, so he kept putting me back to Paul. Paul was so smooth he could con Satan.
Before the package arrived I discovered, by calling the florida office several times that this was a scam to sell a travel package. No sooner the package arrived, about three weeks after they took my money form my account on October 3rd, I returned it to them and requested that i be refunded.

The Florida office gave me the address in Texas and told me they did not have a phone number for that office. I proceeded to write a letter to them about their unethical business practice, and mailed it by way of return receipt.in a timely fashion I received the return receipt, but to my greatest surprise about a week after the ltter also came back sealed.

I have placed several calls to the Florida office&spoken to Megan Rowe, Jeremy, Gineve and also to a supervisor who gave me the run around even gave me this number which is of a Canadain area code, 416-480-1699, his name is Mark. He further refused to speak with me anymore, he was always busy.

They have argued with m, they have rediculed me, they ignored me they are positive that I am helpless and can do nothing about their open and blatant highway robbing.
Your help will be more than simply appreciated, businesses such as those need to be removed from the register of businesses forthwith.
