Ripoff Qffered free trip to look at package Never received Charged $59.95 Won't give money back Said I missed 30 day window

Called me and offered me a free weekend trip if if would look at their travel package. Had 30 days to review. I never received it.

They said they needed a checking account number for some reason and I gave it to them. I now know never to do that ever again. I never received the package, and forgot all about it until I received my bank statement with a $59.95 deduction.
I I I called them and told them that I never received their package and wanted my money back and they gave me a claim number and an address to write to so I could get it back.
I waited and waited about two weeks and thought I had gotten my money back but it was only the $19.95 for a partial month payment.
I I called them back again and they said it had been denied. No phone call or letter or anything. I even e-mailed them and waited for a reply.
I finally called them back and they said there is nothing that they can do about it. It would be helpful to know who their officers are so I could write directly to them.
