I was not aware that I signed up with Net Speed Hosting and that I would be charged $79.99 for the service. I never used the service and called as soon as I saw the first charge on my credit card. I was able to cancel my membership, however the charges didn't stop. My credit card was charged $79.99 3 more times after I cancelled. When I called to be refunded, I was denied and told my account was inactive and was told by their employee Laura Lee that she didn't know why I was being charged but she couldn't do anything about it.
