Unauthorized charges to my credit card

I've had 4 unauthorized charges to my credit card from this company. I don't know how they got my credit card. I don't even know who they are or what they do. I had a charge hit my card in November. I called and spoke with someone and was actually refunded the money and told it would not happen again. I had a charge in December and again January and most recently February. I've been calling weekly since December. I was able to get through to a live person until 2 weeks ago. I was also assured I would be refunded at that time for both December and January. They also said that my card would not be charged again. Well, no refund and yes it was charged again. 2 weeks ago I started getting only voicemail with the mailbox now being full and it can't receive any more messages. I want my refund immediately!
