MM Hosting AKA Onramp Networks Continued to take my money long after I cancelled their service AND Their own website doesn't even work so I couldn't contact them on-line to cancel AGAIN! Ripoff

February: I used MM Hosting for my web hosting briefly but cancelled after being unsatisfied with every aspect of their service.

After cancelling, they continued to run my Debit Card anyway. I attempted to e-mail them and complain but their own website's links all forward to a page that reads "URL Unavailable". THEY ARE A WEB HOSTING COMPANY AND THEIR OWN WEBSITE DOES NOT WORK!!!

I called they're customer service # and left an angry message, cancelling my account. I then contacted my bank and filed a stop payment for any future charges. I check my bank statements closely and the charges did stop temporarily, thanks to my bank.

November: I recently replaced my debit Card because the old one broke. Due to the fact that it was not stollen, my bank issued the same card # with a new exp date.

Well wouldn't you now it. I check my bank statement and MM Hosting is back at it, ILLEGALLY CHARGING MY CARD AGAIN WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION! 9 MONTHS AFTER I CANCELLED!

Needless to say, I called my bank and filed another stop payment for future transactions. I also attempted to contact MM Hosting on line and their WEBSITE STILL DOES NOT WORK!

I called their customer service # and cancelled AGAIN! I guess I'll be watching my bank statements like a hawk for their shady name every month.
