Work done on foreclosed homes

We're getting the same issue whilst the additional individual worrying about cyprexx. We did work with them last December but still haven't gotten paid, 2 weeks later. Have provided all of them the info they required, bills, signed agreements. They actually explained they'd anything they required and could be giving out the check. Which was in December. Named them back this month.informed them there will be a late demand for not spending. They replied with "they do not spend overdue fees". Could you think that!? They're a lender that repos people homes for not spending, plus they sure cost overdue charges, however they wont spend as it pertains for them. Will most likely need to place aspects lein on home. Do not do work with the corporation!!!
