Misleading bank methods!

We've a AAA Credit card x a long time, never delayed in funds; spending significantly more than minimum required. Because of Gerald Ford memorial & inclusion of bank & postal vacation, Jan cost one day overdue & late charge assessed. Named & Tiffany guaranteed to get rid of late charge. February declaration: another late charge! We named: whilst the minimum was compensated, but without the late charge, so we were "overdue" for making the "complete" cost. Additionally an overlimit charge was utilized. Lastly 2/27 all 3 costs were waived & deduced in the huge $304 which was required whilst the "minimum" cost. We actually called back again to make sure we just owed $187 which we settled & they obtained promptly. Nevertheless we additionally reduced the card, having a cost of 8 plus thousand bucks, obtained by AAA days later. Envision our surprise whenever we got a statement with another late payment & $167 fund cost, despite paying down the card by my lender! 3 people rudely declined to move, checking the amount of courtesy waives, not obtaining how this had snowballed, & requiring that there's a regular fund cost, utilized even while you pay-off the total amount. We'd owe again the following month! So what can we do to obtain option & guard others? Thanks! Barbara
