I began hiring this home on the rent-to-own foundation in October. I began spending the homeowners of the home after which in March I began spending their mortgage repayments straight to Green Tree Economic. They introduced me foreclosure documents within the owners name after which Natural Pine explained when I settled 4000.00 they'd quit the forclosure and guaranteed me they might place the paperwork in my own name. I gave them authorization to instantly withdraw my funds. They also explained there have been back-taxes owed about the home which I had been accountable. And so I decided to spend only a little additional on my funds to begin spending the fees. Subsequently at the conclusion of 2008 they required dual funds out for a few months directly stating that I had been overdue. And so I terminated the automatic withdraw plus they approved 3 months after which retuned the following 2 weeks. Today the home is back-up to get a trustee purchase within the owners title. Additionally they explained when I settled them another 4000.00 they'd quit the purchase again. I've settled over 16000.00 within the last 1 5 years which isnot such as the foreclosure or back-tax funds. They've harassed, endangered and created me possess a worried breakdown. I'm A70 year-old lady on the fixed-income that's assured each month, never been overdue on my funds and that I have tried anything to work well with these folks plus they don't work.
