Late fees being added to account

Our initial mortgage was with HSBC. I never had an issue till Santander required over my mortgage earlier this season. The initial declaration that I obtained from their store had late fees onto it. I had been not overdue with HSBC and didn't understand why they'd been put into my bill. After calling numerous occasions, I eventually talked having an adviser who had been excellent and incredibly useful. She explained that I really could spend one more quantity on my May cost and also the late charges could be looked after. I did so this and extended to create my normal funds every month, promptly.in August, I begin getting calls again 8 to 10 times each day declaring that my consideration is overdue. I created my July cost 4 times early and was educated that section of that cost have been put on the intended late charges which were still on my consideration (even tho I'd not noticed from their store because the contract in May) therefore it created my July fee overdue. I've named Santander many times attempting to solve this issue, to no avail. They proceed to inform me that my consideration is overdue, but can't show me wherever the late charges originated from to start with. I expected them to examine the discussion that I'd using their broker in-May, simply because they let you know whenever you contact them that the phone has been documented for quality guarantee. Exactly what a laugh!!! They ought to recognize the contract that their broker created using me, particularly since I have settled an additional quantity for something which I truly did not realize within the first place. The corporation must be released of company. They're a large jjoke!!
