Bad quality product

This company is a rip off. The quality of the product is poor and unreliable. What I mean by that is your calls will either be static sounding, or not go through stating you made and error in dailing. And it is very furstrating to who ever is calling you to get a long sales spelll about promoting their magic jack. BUT the worst thing is the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have wasted a total of 5 hours of my time so far with their live chat service. What a buch of shit that is. I am afraid since I put on my credit card prepaid service, I will never see a credit. All these morons do at the other end is say will take care of it. And do plese give us a chat if you need anything. Please do not buy into this product if you value your money and time! They should rename this jack shit!
