I am very unhappy with a 90-day return policy. I returned a monopoly game $10.00 and was told I was over the 90-day time from so would only be able to receive a $5.00 gift card because the game was now marked down. Well, I should have gotten a $10.00 gift card or $5.00 cash back because either way you are "making" me spend my whole $10.00 there. As a consumer and frequent shopper of Target, I feel this policy is bad business. It will not bring me back to shop there. I will go elsewhere! The weather had prevented me from returning this item earlier!
