Charge card rip off - Credit ebilling practice

I got a Kohls charge to take advantage of their discounts. This month I got a $5.00 check returned fee. It seems that I paid with my debit card over the net. The site accepted it no problem, but Kohls doesn't accept them. You have to use your checking account number with the routing number. They would not wave the charge even though I made the payment before it was due. NO more Kohls! I only do business with honorable companies.
