Poor Service

I have been trying to renew two MJ's for one month now. I keep being told that my account is under review, and that someone in a "higher department" will e-mail me. Well, now the subscriptions have now expired, I cannot renew and I think I am talking to a computer, as all the responses are the same. There should be a law against not being able to actually speak to a breathing human being!!
