CNR Loan Modifications

In March I started looking for loan modification company, because we were two months behind on our home mortgage. My husband and I will in two different states because we have been unable to sell our home in Wisconsin because of the poor economy.

Mr. Robert Axleander called me at work representing C&R Loan Modifications, LLC. He explained what he could do for us and also talked with my husband in Texas. I filled out all the paperwork he had faxed to me and signed and notarized, and sent it to Florida. Mr. Axleander repeatedly called me at work requesting money so we could get started. Since we were supporting two households, and we were already behind on the mortgage if was a hard time getting the money together. I sent him over $975.00 plus postage for this help which we did not get.

I have filed a complaint with the State of Florida.
