Ripoff fraudulent billing cannot be reached Internet

My husband landed on this site by a pop up box and thought getting the cd they offered for 5.95 would be helpful. That was suppose to be the end of it, then charges showed up on my credir card bill for some weird comapny names for 7.95 and 49.95. Tried to contact with the phone no. Listed on my statement never answer the phone, left on hold forever and get a automated voice over and over. Contacted my credit card co to stop payments and dispute these charges. Well in meantime they have been able to charge my card 4 months in a row. Trying to reach this company is harder than reaching the president of the us. I am going to have to take this further some how and keep disputing charges with my credit card company. If anyone else has had success in this or if there is going to be a law suit count me in. Thank you.
