Overdraft fees and 85 checks wrongly stopped by the bank

Bank of America continuously creates overdrafts by adding $35 fees. Bank erroneously put a stop payment on 85 of my checks, most of which were in my possession. Call center would not reimburse charges for errors. Customer service personnel spiteful and nasty.
