BOA Dirty Secrets they way bank of america uses deceptive practices

Bank of America has so many dirty secrets this bank is designed for people that have unlimited funds if you are a customer that goes from pay check to pay check trust me they will find a way to charge you a overdraft fees. They will give a checking account to anyone that cant get one elsewhere. Because they know that they will eventually get service charges out of you and they know most people will not speak up because they have no other options. But you have to speak out or they will continue to burn you.

Someone needs to stop these guys by filing a class action suit. Here are their dirty secrets they have designed their online banking so that you are limited to important info. Pending checks clearing Like for example if you right a large check and then you have a bunch of small items posting for visa debits they will pay the large check first then overdraw you so they can get those fees you cant see what checks are trying post it just shows you a overdraft fee the reason is they want you to call so they can prevent you from getting a refund they will tell some lie that they clear the largest checks to make sure its not a rent check or car payment. Or the system does not pick and chose total bull they are obligated to pay visa no matter what. Also if you are charged with fees never call customer service go to your branch and try to get your fees back through the branch manager they know that corporate is bad the reason is customer service will never give you money especially if you had any fees reversed in the past and then they will decision it in the system so the branch cant override it. Or you can wait 30 days till their overdraft dept calls you and they will give you back all the fees if you bring your account current.

Also if you see debits pending online you have to check with customer service to see if they came in the night before most likely they will tell you if you make deposit you will be okay the brach will do that also you have to make sure their are not any overdrafts fees on top with the pending debits because they will not volunteer the info to you then you will make the minimum deposit and then that evening the charges will come in for the overdrafts and maybe what else you have and then you will be worst off.

I can write so more things... You have to be proactive and do your research if not they will get you they got me but I was able to figure out their deceptive practices and was able to get $600.00 in overdraft fees back. If you can change your account to a credit union you would save yourself a lot pain... My credit union will not charge for a overdraft fee for a visa debit only written checks.
