Plasma Television Not Delivered After 25 Days, Call Disconnected

On November 29 I purchased a 50 inch Zenith plasma television. Since that date, I have inquired numerous times as to the status of the delivery. The original time promised for delivery was to be 6 to 10 days. It has now been 25 days. Yesterday I was directed to Sears resolution center where I was put on hold, with my permission, then disconnected
