Gift Mixer Delivered in Split Open Box on My Porch

I ordered a mixer from Amazon, to be placed in a box without markings so my wife would not know what was in the box when the package arrived. My wife is home all day and I get home around 4 pm. FedEx delivered the box with the bottom split open and the top split open, and the box with the mixer was lying out on my porch for anyone to walk up and see what it was. The part of the box from you that stated in various languages that it was a mixer was on display. I walked out to a horrific mess! I tried to stop the driver, but he continued to get into his truck even with my yelling from 25 feet away.

I contacted Brenda with FedEx in Memphis. I cannot ship this back even if I wanted to, with Christmas a few days away. This is why I paid extra for one-day shipping! This was a truly horrible experience. My wife was home and fortunately I was here and went to the door first. I am very, very upset. I wish you could have seen what I saw! My wife saw the box the gift came in after I covered the gift, and could not believe any company would deliver a box, present, gift, in such a manner. I think you need to complain to FedEx.
