Delivery by fed ex

I ordered a mixer from Amazon, to be placed in a box without marking so my wife (when package arrived) would not know what was in the box. My wife is home all day and I get home around 4pm. Fed Ex delivered the box with the bottom split open and top split open and the box with the Mixer laying out on my porch for anyone to walk up and see what it was. The part of the box from you that stated in various languages that it was a mixer was on display. I walked out to a horrific mess! I tried to stop the driver, but he continued to get into his truck even with my yelling 25ft away. I contacted Brenda with Fed Ex in Memphis. I can not ship this back even if I wanted with christmas a few days away, this is why I paid extra for one day shipping! This was a truely horrible expierence. My wife was home and fortunately I was here and went to the door first. I am very, very, upset. I wish you could have seen what I saw! My wife saw the box the gift came in after I covered the gift, and could not believe any company would deliver a box, present, gift, in such a manner. I think you need to complain to Fed Ex.
