Bathroom Remodeling Complaint

In April we contracted Roman Mishak for upgrading our master bathroom for $11000. The work was completed in two months time (around May/June).

About two months ago, we noticed water coming out from the ceiling in the formal dinning room (Master bathroom is sitting right above the dinning room). We called Roman to come see it. He came after about one month of our initial call and said, "I understand the problem, I will need a help of one more person and this issue will be resolved next week". Since then, we have been contacting him repeatedly. He picked up the phone once, because I called him from a different line and he started making excuses.net/net, he has not showed up since then.

Meanwhile, we have contracted another person, because we did not want water leakage problem to be worsened. The other contractor is working on this issue as we speak and have not been able to resolve yet. We may to cough up at another $1000 to $1500 for resolving this issue.
