I ordered the InStyler on the Internet for my Fiance after watching the informercial on tv. A couple days later A woman called to let me know my package should be arriving that day. She then tried to get me to purchase a members benefits coupon book that offers discounts and savings to various location for $29.99. I said no and that I only want to be charged for the InStyler I ordered for $162.00. I just looked at my credt card account history and my card was charged $29.99 from MVQ*Best Benefits from Apr - Oct. 2010. They charged my credit card anyway without my authorization. What ticks me off even more is they never sent me anything. I contacted the company which the phone number was provided by my bank. I asked what kind of company this was and she stated Medical Health Discounts. I let her know that I did not need additional Health Discounts for I have Medi-cal. She stated we sent you a Discount Card. She then verified my address. I stated ok you have the money and u gave me my correct address. So where is the Discount Card I so did not order. She stated, I guess the Mailman put it in the wrong mail box. Lie after Lie they are covering up. They are thieves and should be prosecuted for fraud.
