On June 15. I was going over charges from my visa statements with Video Profesor when I realized that I had two unknown charges from New Healthy Savings charged to my Visa Card.

I was Charged (Transaction date of 3-18-05, post date 3-21-05) from New Healthy Savings $48.00. For services or product which I never ordered nor did I receive or authorize.

I was charged (Transaction date of 4-18-05, post date 4-20-05) from New Healthy Savings $49.95. For services or product which I never ordered nor did I receive or authorize.

I had noticed the charge for the 49.95 and spoke to someone in their customer service who could not tell what I had purchased. I WAS ASSURED THAT A CREDIT WOULD BE MADE FOR THAT CHARGE.

Another strange thing now that I look back on it is a Mail solicition for a Discount Health card called New Healthy Savings - savings discount card with a group number and an effective date of 4/05 for which I never ordered. It gives a 877-448-6182 for their help desk.

This is supposedly a health benefits discoun card.
