Ripoff: false advertisment... I was told health insurance not discount card!

I had been trying to find health insurance online on December 31 and that I obtained a phone from the affiliate from national health. She mentioned that my payment for medical health insurance was $99.81. I expected her if it had been a ppo plane and he or she mentioned it had been a PPO health airplane.

I thought, nicely precisely what I needed was a ppo health strategy. And so I emediately registered since she mentioned it had been a vacation factor which was the final day-to receive that cost. She stated I'd receive my bundle within the email 7-10 business days. I received my bundle 30 days afterwards January 24.

the moment I received the bundle I study discount card and so I named the organization back and requested them why they didn't inform me it had been a discount card. She mentioned that she did when she noted me. I informed her she told me to express yes to anything and that I informed her they read there plan so quickly, that why she didn't inform you in my experience, she subsequently mentioned, 'obviously it had been not mentioned straight'.

I then got so annoyed and requested to her stop my discount card and return my cash cause used to do not utilize some of her services. She stated she was eliminating it but she couldn't return the cash.

I've not been examining my bank record for just two weeks and that I occur to examine it on March 12 and recognized they're still getting out cost for that discount card that I obviously ended in January.
