Apply Knowledge Institute
Very Excessive over-charging for the reciept of nothing of very minute value

Miscellaneous

I was induced and coerced to pay for services by credit card on the pretense that any cost and interest that I would incur would be negligible, as the profit from the newly created web site would be able to repay money paid in excess of $8,000, within the 40 days or so of credit allowed each month on a credit card. Not only has this not happened but NOT ONE RED CENT has been paid into my account since the beginning, but rather I have been locked into paying a monthly rate for a web site with I don't even own but only have access through Applyki. I have not obtained the HTML code and on any event, any tuition I have received would have been covered by the monthly charges that I was not even informed about. I have not complained before this time, with the faint hope that something would have eventuated, but now demand ALL MONIES PAID BY ME BE RETURNED IN FULL.
