Unable to get any response to my letter on 11/21/10 as to how to get my refund. Did what what they instructed me to do. Which did nothing. Asked them what i was doind wrong and to tell me what to do to receive my refund. Never rereived any respond. I think they wanted to just keep the money. If they need it more then i do, ok.
