I purchased this product (997) along with the advanced coaching program (497). They offered a 60 day MBG. I never got one of the receipts so I emailed them, but never got a response. After multiple emails, I contacted the payment processer SWREG on 7/17 who sent an email to Ebiz in one to respond to me. When they finally responded, I asked for a refund. They kept giving me the run around; "Are you sure you want a refund; this works" "What can we do to help you" all of which I just kept telling them I wanted the refund they said was guaranteed. They responded, "The refund is guaranteed, are you not interested in keep testing Ebiz". I responded No; I want a refund. On 7/25, they said again that this is proven system. Once again, I requested a refund. I didn't get any response after that. My last email request to them was dated 9/12. A year later, I still haven't received a refund.
