Con artists and harrasment galore!

This company called me with this oh so wonderful deal that I would be a fool to pass up. I just won a $1000 shopping spree and all I had to do was get 5 magazines! Well, I am a bit of a reader, so I figured why not.
That is where the horror of this whole thing began. I gave them my credit information, BIG MISTAKE, then when the paperwork I was supposed to receive never showed up, I tried to call the company.By this time, there was already 2 payments taken out of my account. I finally got in touch with someone who was extremely rude and hung up on me.
This is when I lost my job. I am now a single mother of 2 kids who is on the verge of losing her home. I wrote to the company explaining my situation and that I was going to have to cancel my subscription. I had tried numerous times to talk with some one but could never get a hold of anyone. The one time I actually spoke to a human, their response to me was "oh well." and she hung up.
The only thing I could do was go to the bank and cancel my bank card. I knew that the phone calls were going to start at this point. Sure enough, after the first of the month, the phone was ringing off the hook. I finally called them back and tried to explain to them the situation but all they wanted to do was set up a payment plan. I dont have any money to set up a plan and he said I was hostile and refusing to talk and accept any help. I told him I wanted this cancelled and he said that was too bad and I was now beyond the cancellation period. I explained to him that I cancelled this 2 months ago and again he said I was being hostile.
If anyone is reading this, please warn anyone you know that when someone calls from any company, do not ever give them any of your information. Get the companies information, research them then call them back.
