32-inch LCD TV failed twice, service in India unhelpful

After purchasing this LCD TV I have had nothing but problems, the original unit was nonrepairable and I was sent a factory serviced replacement this unit is now disabled with no audio, not lasting any longer than the first with no warranty left, Dell's service group in India said I had a hardware problem and to take it to a electronics repair facility, really. $1600 for three years of viewing and numerous service calls I want my tube TV back it still worked after 15 years!!! Dell if you can't produce a quality product stay out of the market
