They are rotten to the core!

They took our gas line away from us this morning, and won't do jack about it until Monday. So we have to deal with no hot water or no cooking until at least Monday. Why do these assholes take away something on a Saturday when they can't bring it back on a Saturday? That is just rotten business on every level.
