Credit is not that great due to owning a home I couldn't afford. Went to JD Byrider who offers buy here pay here. There loan company is CNAC. (I had just bought a vehicle & paid for it from a family member motor went so I was in a jam.) Was approved for a loan, signed all the papers but did not take car off the lot yet. This was done Saturday 5/12 on Tues 5/15 less than 3 business days.

I called JD Byrider to tell them I thought about and realized it was to much to pay a $308 a month loan plus $200 a month insurance that I felt it would put me in trouble.in turn they tell me I have to talk to CNAC. So I called explained after really thinking about it $9400 1124 warranty pkg was to much for a 1999 caravan then add 17% interest rate total: $15,000 over 3 years for an 8 year old car. Very rude to me you signed the papers we figured it by your pay including insurance.

Once again explained felt it was to much to handle. Then says unles you lied to us I should be able to afford it. They had my pay check stubs. Also stated I hadn't taken car off lot yet. Well as it stands now added to my already bad credit they can't force me to take the car but come due date of the pmt on the 18th I will be reported to the credit burea as a REPO. I would have been willing to pay them for the time on the paperwork. You have 3 business days on a mortgage to change your mind. Why not any other loan
