Unauthorized Charges

I purchased an Intro shipment for $4.95, and then noticed 2 unauthorized purchases on my Visa within 3 weeks after the initial purchase. These two charges were not authorized nor did I receive any products. I have attempted to call the toll free # many times to no avail, #888-692-8352. I also sent an e-mail to: support@centracoastnutra.net and have not received a response.

I will now file a dispute with my credit card company.
