Direc TV complaints - ALL

I ordered Direct Tv with the assurance that I would be able to get my local channels. Guy installed it Saturday morning and low and behold it is not possible for me to get local channels. However, If I am willing to pay an additional 2.95 per channel per month I can get ABC, CBS ect. Out of New York. I told them I was totally misled and wanted them to come get their equipment and put things back the way they were. Tuff! I now must pay my cable company to come out and undo the damage they have done to my cable line. If I wish for the dish to be removed I will have to hire someone to do that as well. I might also add that they cut my direct TV the very day, Saturday, and I had to wait until Monday to get cable. Additionally, I had to take time from work to do it. Very inconsiderate person on the phone telling me if she waited until Monday to cut the direct tv she would have to charge me a 400.00 disconnect fee. Never, Never, Never again!!!
