Re: my refund!!! I returned your product on April 1st 2010 due to lack of information on your behalf. Your company with/drew close to $400.00 from my checking account w/o my permission. It was explained to me that it would take 21-30 business days till I would receive my refund. It has been 27 business days & still no refund! The worse part is now when I call I get a "generic" answering machine with no option to speak to a real person! For the last 1-2 weeks I have been calling & writing letters to your company with no response AT ALL! I will wait my 30 days but if I do not receive my refund I will be forced to take "Legal Actions" and any other outlets that i may have to help in the return of my money.
