I never received my refund

I bought the excel program and I returned it and then I was told I would receive a full refund in 30 days. I waited and I didn't receive it so then I called again and I was told to wait seven days. I didn't receive it I called again they told me to wait 15 days. I waited again, but I didn't receive anything. I have been calling every day since then and I just get this message saying to call during office hours.
